Dear APM - We have been your happy customers for 17 years - since the initial treatment for our new home, and have always had excellent service! Besides getting thorough inspections [and I often watch in the crawlspace], I am also grateful that your technicians always show on the times scheduled - very important to me. Additionally, you must train your technicians to be professionally pleasant, as each of them has been so. Your initial treatment also must have been really good, as we have had no problems whatsoever, and our stack of "No Activity" Inspection Certificates will offer a major plus to a potential buyer if we ever have to sell our home.
This year I was also pleased to get a nice discount by paying for the service by a certain date. These days every dollar counts; and with APM we do feel that we are getting our dollars worth. I will continue to refer your fine service to others, and soon will call about a top-off type treatment to ensure that we continue to be problem free.
